Corporate flu vaccinations, wherever your team works
Our pharmacists and nurses come to your premises and vaccinate your employees one to one, quickly and with as little disruption as possible. Staff who are not on site get a digital flu voucher to use at a pharmacy near them instead, so nobody is left out.
Since April 2026, sick pay starts onDay 1of every flu absence*.Flu vouchers cost from £10.50** per employee
* GOV.UK: Statutory Sick Pay is paid from the first day of absence, at up to £123.25 a week.
** 2026/27 pre-pay price for 1,000+ vouchers. On-site clinics are quoted to your numbers.

Flu spreads fastest where people work side by side: open-plan offices, shop floors, depots, classrooms and canteens. Corporate flu vaccinations protect your team before it arrives, and help keep people at work through the busiest months of the year. FluClinic2You is a UK-wide corporate flu vaccination provider, founded and run by pharmacists. We run on-site flu clinics at your workplace and supply digital flu vouchers that staff redeem at more than 2,000 participating pharmacies. Most of our clients use a mix of both, arranged through one provider on one invoice.
Two ways to vaccinate your workforce
Every organisation is set up differently, so we deliver corporate flu jabs in two ways. You can use either one on its own, or combine them so that everyone on your payroll is covered.

- Our pharmacists and nurses come to your premises with the vaccines and equipment.
- Staff book a slot online and get automatic reminders.
- Each person is screened and vaccinated one to one, in a private room.
- Half-day and full-day clinics, with extra clinicians or days for larger sites.
- One digital code, emailed to you and shared with your team.
- Staff redeem it at any of 2,000+ participating pharmacies, near home or work.
- Valid for the whole season, from September to March.
- Pre-pay, or pay-per-activation so you only pay for the vouchers people use.
Which option suits your organisation?
How a corporate flu clinic works
- Tell us about your organisation. Share your headcount, your sites and the dates you have in mind. We recommend the right mix of clinics and vouchers and send you a quote.
- Book your dates and share the booking link. Staff choose a time on our online booking page and receive automatic reminders, which cuts no-shows.
- Clinic day. Our pharmacists and nurses arrive with everything needed and set up in a private room. Each person is screened and vaccinated one to one, and walk-ins can be fitted in around booked slots.
- Cover everyone else. Anyone who is not on site gets a flu voucher code to use at a participating pharmacy, any time until March.

Clinics run as half days or full days, and each clinician can vaccinate up to 100 people a day. Larger organisations can book several clinicians or several days, so a big site never has to squeeze everyone into one session.
What you need to provide
A private room with a door, such as a meeting room, for the length of the clinic.
A contact on the day, and a note to reception or security so our team can sign in quickly.
Your busiest day on site, avoiding all-staff meetings and peak shifts where you can.
The booking link shared with staff a week before, and again the day before.
A reminder to wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily.
Vouchers for anyone working elsewhere, on leave or off sick that day.
We bring the vaccines, the equipment and the clinical team.
What our clients say
Here is what three of the organisations we work with told us, in their own words.
Corporate flu vaccination prices for 2026/27
There are two parts to the price. Flu vouchers have fixed prices, published below. On-site clinics start from £16 per person, with your exact quote depending on how many people you want vaccinated, where your sites are and how many clinic days you need. There is no minimum headcount for either.
Pre-pay or pay-per-activation?
With pre-pay, you buy a set number of vouchers at the lower per-voucher prices. With pay-per-activation, you set up a programme for your whole team and pay only for the vouchers people redeem, so unused vouchers cost nothing. As a rule of thumb, if more than about six in ten staff are likely to redeem, pre-pay usually costs less. Below that, pay-per-activation usually wins.
Pay-per-activation if half redeem: 100 × £18.95 = £1,895.
Pay-per-activation if seven in ten redeem: 140 × £18.95 = £2,653.
If you know last year’s take-up, use it. If you do not, pay-per-activation removes the risk of paying for vouchers nobody uses.

Why employers offer flu vaccinations
Flu is one of the most predictable causes of winter absence, and for most employers it now costs more than it used to.
- Most staff cannot get a free NHS flu jab. The NHS offers it to people aged 65 and over, pregnant women, adults with certain long-term health conditions and some carers, among others (NHS). Healthy adults under 65, who make up most workforces, are not eligible, so an employer programme is often the simplest way for them to be vaccinated.
- Sick pay now starts on day one. Since 6 April 2026, Statutory Sick Pay is paid from the first day of absence, at up to £123.25 a week (GOV.UK). For someone working five days a week, that is up to £24.65 a day before you count cover, overtime or lost work. Our guide to day-one sick pay and flu runs the numbers.
- Flu takes people out for days. In England’s Flu Watch study, 40% of people with influenza A took time off work or school, for an average of 3.6 days (Fragaszy et al., 2018).
- The national cost is large. RAND Europe estimated that 2.4 million working adults could catch flu in a year, losing 4.8 million working days and costing the UK economy £644 million (RAND Europe).
- People come in ill. RAND Europe also found that working while unwell lowers productivity and raises the risk of passing flu on to colleagues.
Timing for 2026/27: book early this year
This season’s flu vaccine supply is running later than usual. The cell-based vaccine is available for on-site clinics from October, while the standard egg-based vaccine is arriving for many providers from around late November. Our flu vaccine supply update explains why. If you want your team protected as early as possible, an October or early November clinic with the cell-based vaccine is the way to do it. We confirm your vaccine and dates on your quote.
Whichever vaccine your team has, it usually takes up to 14 days to work, according to the NHS. If you want people protected before the Christmas period, book your clinic for at least two weeks before it.
Flu jabs at work are now tax-free for employees
From 6 April 2026, flu vaccinations an employer provides are exempt from income tax. That applies whether you arrange the jab directly, pay the provider, give staff a voucher, or reimburse someone who paid for their own (HMRC EIM21874). HMRC’s policy paper also sets out a matching National Insurance disregard (HMRC).
There are two conditions to note. The exemption does not apply if the jab is provided through salary sacrifice, and it covers employees only, not their family or household. This is general information rather than tax advice, so check the details with your payroll team or adviser.
Why organisations choose FluClinic2You
Corporate flu vaccinations for every sector
We vaccinate teams in every kind of workplace. Our sector guides explain how a programme works for each one.
Workplace flu vaccinations across the UK
We run on-site clinics for employers across the UK, and our vouchers are accepted at 2,000+ participating pharmacies nationwide. Staff can find their nearest one with our pharmacy finder. See how we work in your area:
Add COVID-19 vaccinations for your staff
This winter, the NHS COVID-19 vaccine is only offered to people aged 75 and over, people with a weakened immune system and residents of care homes for older adults (NHS). That leaves most working-age staff able to get one only privately or through their employer.
We offer COVID-19 vaccination vouchers for employers, redeemable at participating pharmacies including Well and ASDA between 1 September 2026 and 1 March 2027. They cost £90 each for 1–9 and £85 each for 10 or more, or £95 per activated voucher on pay-per-activation (minimum 25). We also run on-site COVID-19 vaccination for employers. The flu and COVID-19 vaccines can be given at the same time, according to the NHS, so ask about both when you request a quote.
Choosing a corporate flu vaccination provider
Whoever you choose, these questions will tell you most of what you need to know.
- ? What happens to vouchers your staff do not use?
- ? What is the total cost per person, including any day rates, travel and VAT?
- ? Who will vaccinate your staff, and is a pharmacist on hand for medication questions?
- ? Can one provider cover both your on-site staff and everyone working elsewhere?
- ? Is there a minimum headcount or order size?
- ? How long are vouchers valid for?
- ? Do the reviews come from people who actually had their flu jab with that provider?
We look at the main options in more detail in our guide to corporate flu vaccination providers compared.
Corporate flu vaccinations: frequently asked questions
What are corporate flu vaccinations?
Corporate flu vaccinations, also called workplace or employee flu vaccinations, are flu jabs that an employer arranges and pays for on behalf of its staff. They are usually delivered at an on-site clinic in the workplace, or through flu vouchers that staff redeem at a pharmacy. FluClinic2You provides both, for employers across the UK.
How much do corporate flu vaccinations cost?
On-site clinics start from £16 per person and are quoted to your numbers, locations and dates. Flu vouchers are £23 each for 1–9, £11.50 each for 10–999 and £10.50 each for 1,000 or more, or £18.95 per redeemed voucher on pay-per-activation (minimum 25 activations). One voucher price covers the voucher and the vaccination.
Is there a minimum number of employees?
No. We quote clinics for any headcount, and pre-pay voucher orders start from a single voucher. For a very small team, vouchers are usually simpler, and we will tell you if that is the better option. Pay-per-activation has a minimum of 25 activations.
How many staff can you vaccinate in a day?
Each clinician can vaccinate up to 100 people a day. For larger numbers, we send more than one clinician or book more than one day.
Do you cover our area?
Yes. We run on-site clinics for employers across the UK, and our flu vouchers can be redeemed at 2,000+ participating pharmacies. Staff can find the nearest one with our pharmacy finder.
Which flu vaccine will our staff have this season?
It depends on your clinic date. The cell-based vaccine is available for clinics from October, and the egg-based vaccine is arriving from around late November. All three strains in this season’s UK flu vaccines have been updated for 2026/27 (UKHSA). We confirm the vaccine on your quote.
Can the flu jab give my staff flu?
No. The injected flu vaccines used in the UK do not contain live flu viruses, so they cannot give anyone flu. The most common side effects, such as a sore arm, a slightly raised temperature or aching, are mild and usually pass within one to two days (NHS).
Who should not have the flu vaccine?
Most adults can have it. According to the NHS, the only people who cannot are those who have had a serious allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) to a previous dose or to an ingredient in the vaccine. Anyone with a high temperature on the day should wait until they feel better. Our clinicians check each person’s suitability before vaccinating them.
Can pregnant employees have the flu jab?
Yes. The NHS says it is safe to have the flu vaccine at any stage of pregnancy. Anyone who is pregnant should tell the clinician before they are vaccinated.
Do employees have to have the flu jab?
No. Workplace flu vaccination is voluntary, and each person gives their consent before they are vaccinated.
Can my company pay for my flu jab?
Yes. Employers can pay for staff flu jabs through an on-site clinic, flu vouchers or by reimbursing staff. Since 6 April 2026, it is exempt from income tax for employees, as long as it is not provided through salary sacrifice. Our guide to whether your company can pay for your flu jab explains how it works.
How do I order corporate flu vouchers?
Order online on our buy flu vouchers page: choose your quantity, pay by card and your digital code arrives by email, ready to share with your team. For payment by invoice or pay-per-activation, send us an enquiry from the same page.
Are workplace flu jabs a taxable benefit?
Not since 6 April 2026. Flu jabs an employer provides are exempt from income tax, whether arranged directly, through a voucher or by reimbursement, as long as they are not provided through salary sacrifice. The exemption covers employees, not family members.
Can we run COVID-19 vaccinations at the same time?
Yes. The flu vaccine can be given at the same time as the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the NHS. Mention it when you ask for a quote, or see our COVID-19 vaccination vouchers.
When should we book?
As early as you can. Flu activity is running higher than usual for the time of year, according to UKHSA, and the vaccine usually takes up to 14 days to work. Vouchers are valid from September to March, so anyone who misses your clinic can still be covered.
What do we need to provide on clinic day?
A private room with a door, such as a meeting room, for the length of the clinic, and a contact on the day. We bring the vaccines, the equipment and the clinical team.
