The start date for voucher use varies by pharmacy, but most locations begin offering flu vaccinations from mid-September each year. We recommend checking with your chosen pharmacy for their specific start date and availability.

Pre-Pay: You purchase a set number of vouchers upfront at a discounted rate.

Pay-Per-Activation: You only pay when a voucher is actually used. Ideal for maximum flexibility.

Yes. We will notify you when 90% of your voucher allocation has been used, so you can take any necessary action before the season ends.

Unused Pre-Pay vouchers are non-refundable, so we recommend ordering based on expected uptake. With Pay-Per-Activation, you only pay for vouchers that are used.

Most participating pharmacies accept walk-ins, but booking is recommended during busy periods. Booking instructions are available under each pharmacy listing on our website.
