2026/27 Voucher Pricing

One price covers the voucher and the vaccination itself. No admin fees, no delivery charges, no VAT surprises at invoice.

Pre-pay quantity
Price per voucher
1–9 vouchers
£23.00
10–999 vouchers
£11.50
1,000+ vouchers
£10.50
Pay-Per-Activation
£18.95 per redeemed voucher (minimum 25 activations)

Not sure which plan fits? Rule of thumb: above roughly six in ten staff redeeming, pre-pay usually wins; below that, pay-per-activation costs less because you are not paying for vouchers nobody uses. For a full breakdown with worked examples, read our pre-pay vs pay-per-activation guide.

Why Organisations Switch to FluClinic2You

Most of our clients did not start with us. They came from providers who sent different staff to every clinic, charged for vaccines nobody used, and needed babysitting on the day. Here is what three of them told us, in their own words.

★★★★★
If you want easy, consistent, organised and clear then this is the provider for you.
Other providers would send different people each day to attend our pre-booked clinics. Being able to send back unused vaccines at the end of clinic days was an improvement on some other providers, and meant an improvement in our costs. We used to have to be on-site for clinic days as something always went wrong. Now I am not even sure we really need to be in the office, they run so smoothly.

★★★★★
Employees regularly ask whether the flu clinics will be available again.
The nurses are consistently professional, kind, and gentle, helping employees feel comfortable and well looked after. Communication is clear, the clinics are easy to coordinate, and our employees would be genuinely disappointed if we were no longer able to offer them. We would be very happy to recommend the service to other organisations.

A simple way to offer a visible wellbeing benefit that colleagues can engage with easily.
The day itself was well organised and easy to manage from our side. What stood out was how smooth the process felt for colleagues. It was practical, efficient and did not create unnecessary admin for the team. The support from FluClinic2You has been responsive and professional, which makes a real difference.

Built for the Way Your Team Actually Works

A clinic day covers whoever happens to be in the building. Vouchers cover everyone on the payroll: the person working from home in Dundee, the field engineer between sites, the teacher who cannot leave school before 4pm. Each voucher is redeemed at a pharmacy near them, at a time that suits them.

Two ways to protect staff from flu — on-site clinics and pharmacy flu vouchers from FluClinic2You
Two delivery models, one provider: on-site clinics for your main site, vouchers for everyone else.

Reach every employee
Remote, hybrid, multi-site, field-based and shift workers all redeem locally. No central clinic, no travel, no half-day lost.
One code, zero admin
Place one order, receive one code, share it once. No individual bookings to chase, no consent forms to collect, no spreadsheet of appointment slots.
Domain-locked access
Redemption is restricted to your authorised company email addresses, so your vouchers cannot leak beyond your organisation.
A full season to redeem
Vouchers are valid across the flu season, September to March, so nobody misses out because of one busy fortnight.
Low-balance alerts
You are notified before your voucher pot runs low, so topping up never becomes an emergency.
Track your coverage
See how many vouchers have been redeemed at any time, without collecting individual medical records yourself.
Combine with an on-site clinic. Run a clinic at head office and issue vouchers everywhere else. One provider, one invoice, whole-workforce coverage. We run both, so we will recommend the mix that fits your team rather than the one that suits us.
FluClinic2You pharmacist-led on-site flu vaccination clinic for employees in the workplace
Prefer a clinic on the day? Run an on-site session at head office and issue vouchers everywhere else.

What Flu Actually Costs a Business

£522
estimated cost of flu-related absence, per employee

An employee who catches flu is typically off for five or more working days, and productivity stays reduced after they return. Flu spreads through close contact and shared surfaces, so one case in an office rarely stays one case.

Since April 2026, Statutory Sick Pay is payable from the first day of absence. The three-day waiting period that used to absorb short flu absences is gone, so every case your programme prevents is a payroll cost avoided from day one. Read our guide to the SSP changes.

Set against a voucher from just £10.50, the arithmetic is short.

Source: flu-related sickness absence is estimated to cost employers around £522 per employee (Unison, Flu Vaccinations Factsheet, 2014).

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I buy flu vouchers?
Order on this page. Choose your quantity and payment plan, complete the form, and our team confirms your booking. You receive a unique redemption code by email to share with your staff. The whole order takes a few minutes.
How much do flu vouchers cost?
For the 2026/27 season: £23 each for 1 to 9 vouchers, £11.50 each for 10 to 999, and £10.50 each for 1,000 or more. Pay-Per-Activation is £18.95 per redeemed voucher with a minimum of 25 activations.
What is the difference between pre-pay and Pay-Per-Activation?
With pre-pay you pay for every voucher you order, at lower per-voucher prices. With Pay-Per-Activation you pay only for the vouchers your staff actually redeem. Pre-pay suits high, predictable uptake. Pay-Per-Activation suits uncertain uptake, because unredeemed vouchers cost you nothing.
How quickly will I receive my vouchers?
Vouchers are digital and delivered by email once your order is confirmed, so there is nothing to print or post.
Where can my staff redeem their vouchers?
At more than 2,000 participating pharmacies across the UK. Staff find their nearest branch with our pharmacy finder, take the code, and get vaccinated. Most branches accept walk-ins, though a quick booking helps at busy times.
Can individuals buy a single flu voucher?
Yes. Individuals can buy one voucher for £23 and redeem it at any participating pharmacy, the same way an employee would.
How long are vouchers valid?
For the whole flu season, September to March. We recommend a mid-season reminder to staff so no vouchers go to waste.
Can we track how many vouchers have been used?
Yes. You can see how many vouchers from your code have been redeemed at any time, which tells you your coverage without you collecting individual health records.
Can we combine vouchers with an on-site clinic?
Yes, and many clients do. A clinic at your largest site on vaccination day, vouchers for everyone else. One supplier, one invoice, whole-workforce coverage.
Is there a minimum order?
Pre-pay orders start from a single voucher. Pay-Per-Activation requires a minimum of 25 activations.
