FluClinic2You is run by practising pharmacists, Paras, Ronak and Sachin, and we already deliver COVID vaccination on-site for employers across the UK. This is the voucher version of that same service: how it works, what it costs, and where your team can redeem.

What are COVID vaccination vouchers?

For you there is nothing to organise: no room to book, no clinician to schedule, and no fixed clinic day everyone has to make. Each voucher covers one COVID vaccination, free to the member of staff, for anyone aged 18 or over.

Because a voucher does not tie your team to one clinic day, you can add people to the programme as they join and let staff redeem whenever it suits them, any time before the voucher’s expiry.

How COVID vouchers work

Two ways to buy: pre‑pay or pay‑per‑activation

Pricing

One price covers the voucher and the vaccination itself, with no separate booking fee.

This is a VAT‑exempt service, so the prices above are the full amount you pay, with nothing added. Once your programme is live, we invoice monthly for as long as it runs, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Why this window works for most teams

This year’s COVID vouchers run from 1 September 2026 to 1 March 2027. Within that window, each employee books their own appointment at a participating pharmacy, rather than everyone needing to be free for one fixed on‑site clinic date.

That also changes the shape of the invoice for pay‑per‑activation. Rather than one upfront purchase order, we invoice monthly for as long as the programme runs, which spreads the cost rather than asking for it all at once.
